Frequently asked questions
Do we need a new ERP system for this?
No. Kapa App complements your existing ERP and HR systems and reads in the data it needs automatically. Excel sheets or similar workarounds can be retired; your ERP system stays.
Where is our data held?
In your database. The software can run in your own environment, or we take care of hosting for you.
What does the AI do with our data?
The data the AI assistant needs stays within the EU. Only the current plan is processed, and solutions are proposed. Your planners make the decisions; if you prefer, the AI submits a plan for approval first.
How long does implementation take?
The first demo with your data is ready within a few weeks.
Can several people plan at the same time?
Yes. There are user accounts with roles, and scenarios keep drafts cleanly separated from the current plan.
What happens if our requirements change?
The solution grows with you. We add new metrics, modules or sites while the system is in operation.
